1. Overview

SignalSculpt offers a 14-day refund window on all reference data product purchases. This policy explains how refunds work, what's eligible, and how to request one.

2. Free Sample Pack Before You Buy

Every SignalSculpt edition ships with a free sample pack. The sample contains a stratified subset of the full data, the complete methodology documentation, and the full license and limitations notices. We strongly encourage buyers to download and review the sample pack before committing to the full edition. Sample packs are available on each edition page in the SignalSculpt catalog.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests submitted within 14 days of purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Eligible refund scenarios include:

  • The downloaded ZIP file is corrupted or incomplete after multiple verified download attempts.
  • The product materially differs from the description or sample pack.
  • A duplicate purchase was made in error.
  • The buyer has not yet downloaded the file.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days, or after the file has been downloaded and used in client deliverables or commercial work, may not be eligible.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order number from the purchase confirmation email.
  • Date of purchase.
  • Reason for refund request.

We respond to refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by our merchant of record payment provider within 5 to 10 business days of approval. The funds typically appear on the original payment method within an additional 3 to 5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Free sample packs are non-refundable because no payment is taken.

7. Disputes

If you believe a refund decision was made in error, you may request escalation to senior review by replying to our refund response with additional context.
