1. About SignalSculpt
SignalSculpt is a digital reference publisher. We sell static, source-attributed reference editions as one-time digital downloads. By purchasing or downloading any SignalSculpt product, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products and Licensing
Each SignalSculpt edition is sold under a single-buyer commercial license. The license permits internal business use, project research, client deliverables, proposal support, and derivative analysis within the buyer organization. Buyer-facing redistribution requires preservation of upstream source attribution. Wholesale republication and resale as a competing reference product are not granted.
Full edition-specific license terms are included in each downloaded ZIP archive at the path 06_Licenses_and_Attribution/license.txt.
3. Source Attribution Requirement
When republishing extracted facts, excerpts, tables, or structured rows from any SignalSculpt product, the buyer must preserve associated source URLs and source attribution metadata. Source documents remain owned by their original publishers or remain public domain government works where applicable.
4. Reference Product Posture
SignalSculpt products are reference-publishing products built from openly licensed upstream sources, public specifications, public procurement documents, utility service manuals, and public mapping datasets. They do not constitute professional advice, code interpretation, regulatory guidance, engineering review, legal advice, or compliance approval. Buyers are responsible for verifying applicability to specific projects, contracts, jurisdictions, and current source documents before relying on any information.
5. Digital Delivery
Products are delivered as digital downloads. Access instructions are provided after successful checkout via the payment processor.
6. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Paddle (https://paddle.com), acting as merchant of record where applicable. Paddle issues receipts, calculates and collects taxes (including VAT/GST where applicable), processes payments, and administers payment-related buyer support under its own buyer terms.
7. Taxes
Prices may be exclusive of taxes unless checkout states otherwise. Applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST) are calculated and collected at checkout by the payment provider based on the buyer's location.
8. Source Verification
Buyer is responsible for verifying applicability of cited source documents to their specific projects, jurisdictions, and current regulatory environment. SignalSculpt content is reference-only and does not constitute professional engineering, legal, compliance, or commissioning advice.
9. No Warranty
SignalSculpt products are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Public source documents may change, move, be withdrawn, or contain errors after a SignalSculpt edition has been published.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalSculpt's total liability for any claim arising from or related to a SignalSculpt product is limited to the purchase price paid by the buyer for that product. SignalSculpt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages.
11. Refunds

12. Privacy
Information about how SignalSculpt collects, processes, and stores buyer information is governed by the SignalSculpt Privacy Policy, available at https://signalsculpt.com/privacy/.
13. Changes to These Terms
SignalSculpt may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active buyers via email.
